Service Description

What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional and or physical well being, release blocks and promote the body's own healing ability. In your session we will first talk about any concerns you have that you'd like to work on. I will then do energy work to pin point, identify and release any places where you need rebalancing and adjustment. In addition to Reiki I will work with crystal healing, use of essential oils and smudging of your energy field using Sage or palo santo wood.
